Before placing my order, I would like to know if you offer discount code?
We give out discount codes reguarly. Please sign up for Newsletters at the bottom of the page to receive them.
The product I like is out of stock. When will it be available?
No worries. Simply sign up for stock alerts on the product page and you will be notified via email immediately once the product is back on our shelves.
I have placed an order. How can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with the delivery information. You can also track your ordre from My Account.
After I have placed my order, can I choose a delivery timeslot?
Not at the moment. However, we are working on it.
I have order the wrong product. Can I change it?
If the roder has not been processed, you can cancel the order under My Account.
If the order has been processed, please send us a return request here.
The order has been shipped. Why has it not arrived?
Please track your order delivery status under My Account. Bad weather may delay the delivery somewhat.
If the order has not arrived 5 working days after you have receive the dispatch email notice, please contact us.
The delivery tracking information shows that my order has been delivered. Yet I have received nothing.
Please use the tracking number to contact Royal Mail delivery man or the delivery courier driver to find out if it was sent to the wrong place. If there is no luck, please contact us.
My order has arrived but it was damaged upon arrival. Can you help?
